My research interests are directed to exploring the cellular and molecular mechanism of cardiovascular diseases, specifically, focused on research of reneovascularization of ischemic tissues and hypertensive myocardial hypertrophy, using adenovirus vector to delivery interested gene to the targeted tissues or to inhibit expression of targeted gene with RNAi, for exploring the signal transduction pathway. Currently, particular attention is being paid to effect of arginase I on vasculature.
